This part-time position requires a creative and organized individual to support media content production across various platforms, including video and graphic design. The role involves flexible hours to accommodate evening and weekend events.Responsibilities:A. Video Production (Pre-Post)Produce and edit video content for Principal's Coffee meetings and Guidance Discussion sessions.Co-produce curricular content for social media and YouTube, ensuring educational relevance and engagement.Assist in co-producing special ceremonies and school-wide events.Collaborate in developing scripts and shot sequences for a variety of projects.Film and photograph school events, capturing key moments and activities.Edit content for final distribution across platforms.B. Graphic Design:Update monthly TV slides using Photoshop to keep information current and visually appealing.Collaborate with staff to create engaging digital content for broad distribution.Perform touch-ups on photography to ensure high-quality visuals.C. Evening and Weekend Events:Coordinate weekly work schedule with team members to cover evening and weekend media needs.D. AdministrativeMaintain the Media and Communication Center's tape log, ensuring accurate record-keeping and organization.Qualifications:Experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and pre/post-production.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.Proficiency in graphic design, specifically with Photoshop.Strong organizational skills to handle administrative responsibilities effectively.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our vibrant school community.
