The Bay Shore School District anticipates a special education teaching position for the 24/25 school year on the middle school level. This teaching position is probationary tract. This teaching position will be assigned to a 12:1:1 developmental special class. Experience teaching students with developmental delays is required. More specifically, experience teaching adapted living skills, functional academic skills, and pre-vocational skills are necessary qualifications to teach this specialized program. Appropriate NYSED certification is required. Bilingual skills are preferred.
