HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL Bronxville High School seeks an outstanding educator to serve as Principal. Bronxville High School is a comprehensive, college preparatory high school enrolling 460 students in grades 9-12. Student achievement results are competitive internationally. The curriculum culminates in a full range of Advanced Placement courses and opportunities for in-depth study through electives, on-line instruction, and independent study. Over half the graduates attend the most competitive colleges in the nation. The successful candidate will be first and foremost an instructional leader, committed to excellence. Skills and experience in the selection, supervision, and evaluation of staff are important, as are skills related to the design and use of performance assessments. Also required is a demonstrated capacity for successful communication and collaboration with experienced faculty, active parents, and inquiring students. Salary and benefits will be competitive with other Westchester County schools. New York State certification, advanced degrees, and successful experience in school leadership required.
