Qualifications : Certified NYS Teaching Assistant or Teacher Experience working with students with disabilities preferred Job Description : Implement student(s) Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Behavior Plan Implementation and progress monitoring Attend all required training and meetings Develop relationships with students to foster success Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to ensure support provided to students are consistent with IEP and overall strategies in place Support and deliver instruction under the direction of a teacher Assist with student achievement and successful engagement in all aspects of their educational program Support students’ ability to engage in the learning process and display behaviors which foster success Applicants will be considered on a rolling basis until all positions are filled.
