Qualifications:-Childhood Education certification required-Literacy Certification required-Elementary classroom teaching experience-Knowledge of Response to Intervention and effective interventions-Create goals and objectives with teachers for Tier II and III interventions and maintain appropriate documentation for each-Regularly progress monitor students to evaluate effectiveness of interventions-Familiar with Leveled Literacy Intervention (LLI) and Fundations-Provide direct and guided instruction as informed by assessment data-Reinforce strategies used in the general instruction program, focusingon gaps identified through analysis of student assessment data.-Collaborate with classroom teachers for seamless curriculum implementation-Serve as a member of the RTI team
