Position Objective: To collaboratively work with district and building administrators and teachers to implement the district vision, mission, and goals; promote a culture for teaching and learning; manage fiscal and human resources to maximize impact on student achievement; foster relationships with staff, parents, and community; and model professional integrity. Assists the Superintendent in all aspects of administration. Qualifications: School District Administration Certification Reports to: Superintendent of Schools Primary Responsibilities:1. Assists the Superintendent in general administrative operations of the district.2. Assists the Superintendent with public inquiries and supplies information requested to other administrators, school, teachers, and the public.3. Serves as the Superintendent’s designee at selected functions.4. Tracks strategic planning for the Superintendent and the School Board.5. Tracks the central office audit for the Superintendent and the School Board.6. Serves on community or staff committees as designated by the Superintendent.7. Prepares, reviews and submits reports and other documents as required by the Superintendent and the School Board.8. Compiles operational statistics and other data as the superintendent may require.9. Reports to the superintendent any developments or problems requiring the Superintendent’s awareness or action.10. Researches and prepares information for School Board members and others as directed by the Superintendent.11. Support the implementation of administrative regulations.12. Models nondiscriminatory practices in all activities.Other Duties: Performs any other related duties as assigned by the Superintendent or other appropriate central office administrator.
