Description: We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech and Language Teacher to provide services through January 2027 at the middle school level. The successful candidate will work with students with a range of disabilities, providing speech and language therapy in accordance with IEP goals and supporting students’ communication development in an educational setting. Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services to students with diverse learning needs Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and related service providers Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Participate in team meetings as needed Job Qualifications Valid New York State Certification as a Speech and Language Teacher; accepting pending certifications Strong communication and collaboration skills Recent college graduates are welcome to apply Salary is $140 per day up to 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, selected candidate will go on teacher's pay schedule based on level of education.
