The Ballston Spa Central School District is seeking a highly qualified and motivated candidate to fill the position of Director of Student Support Services. This 12-month, district level certified position is a direct report to the Assistant Superintendent of Programs and Operations and oversees all aspects of student support in the district.Duties include:Leadership and evaluation of school counselors, District Health Coordinator, nurses, homeless liaison, and office staff.Coordination and partnership development with outside agencies to support district initiatives.Collaboration with the Director of Special Education and Director of Curriculum on the development and ongoing implementation of the District’s MTSS programs.Oversight of the District McKinney-Vento and other federal Title grants.Oversight and implementation of the District's attendance policy, tutoring services, homeschool, homebound, incarcerated youth services, and District’s Registrar’s office.Other duties as assigned by the Superintendent of Schools.Minimum Requirements: NYS Certification School District LeaderSalary: Commensurate with experiencePlease Upload: Letter of Interest, updated Resume, proof of certification, transcripts, and two (2) Letters of Reference
