The Brookside School, located in Cottekill (close to SUNY Ulster) is seeking a Certified Special Education School-Age Teacher, who is responsible for providing high-quality, individualized education to students with multiple disabilities. STARTING SALARY: $ 43,540 to $ 47,894 per year for BA$ 59,377.68 to $ 65,315.45 per year for MSJob Requirements:New York State Certification in Special Education K-12 or Middle/Secondary Special EducationExperience with school age or primary/secondary age grade students.Computer experience including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.Excellent communication skills to be able to articulate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.Establish and maintain professional and courteous working relationships with all internal staff and external stakeholders
