Assistant Principal, Bilingual Preferred – Leave ReplacementMount Kisco Elementary SchoolThe Bedford Central School District is seeking a Leave Replacement Assistant Principal, bilingual preferred for Mount Kisco Elementary School. The MKES school community, with a diverse student body of approximately 600 and a highly engaged teaching staff and active parent/guardian population, provides a nurturing and academically rigorous environment for all learners. The ideal candidate shall possess following attributes: ? Experience as an Assistant Principal or Principal required.? Certified and experienced as an evaluator of teachers required under APPR.? An effective communicator and collaborator who can lead the MKES community in building a shared and inclusive vision for excellence, innovation, and rigor for all students;? Experience as a motivational school building leader who inspires teachers and staff;? Experience with bilingual education and programming;? Expertise in curriculum development and supervision and evaluation of staff;? Bilingual, Spanish Speaking preferred. Duration: September 8, 2025 - November 28, 2025 (approximately) Previous experience supervising staff and students required. Candidates must hold NYS SBL (School Building Leadership), SAS (School Administrator/Supervisor), or SDA (School District Administrator) Certification.
