ELEMENTARY PRINCIPALExciting leadership opportunity for an exceptional school administrator. The successful candidate for this position is one with proven ability as a rigorous academic leader in curriculum and instruction; has prior administrative and teaching experience in a diverse setting; and is an innovative instructional leader; and is an effective communicator with a proven record of developing positive relationships among students, families, and school staff. The candidate should be able to demonstrate: • Experience in providing instructional leadership at the school level in order to develop, implement, and supervise high quality elementary educational programs;• Experience in leading inclusive and welcoming learning communities;• Leadership in developing and sustaining a school culture that fosters rigorous instructional expirations for all students;• Solid understanding of the needs of diverse learner and systems of prevention and intervention to support learner needs;• Knowledge of the NYS Learning Standards & K-6 curriculum; research based practice for instructional design & deliver; and assessment systems for student learning;• Demonstrated skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform critical decisions at the school level required:• Strong interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication skills, required. Salary Range: Commensurate with experience (BEAA Contract)Position available: July 1, 2023Requirements: Valid New York State administrative certification SAS/SDA or SBL required. NYS principal, assistant principal, or district administrator experience preferred
