Leave Replacement Dates: March 3, 2025 – May 30, 2025Valid NYS Certification in Art K-12;Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in the following are required:Effective, student centered classroom management strategies;Culturally responsive instructional practices for elementary classrooms;Integration of technology to plan, deliver, and assess student learning;Use of summative and formative student data to inform instructional decisions and student progress;Effective strategies for student and family engagement;Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills, required;Must have the knowledge and the ability to use various virtual platforms as needed in relation to the position;Prior teaching experience in Ceramic and Studio Art preferred.
