We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, developing engaging lesson plans, and supporting the academic and social growth of elementary scholars. Requirements Planning and delivering engaging, standards-aligned instruction in literacy, mathematics, and other core content areas Creating a positive and structured classroom environment that promotes learning and character development Using data to monitor student progress and inform instructional decisions Building strong partnerships with families through consistent communication and collaboration Differentiating instruction to meet the diverse academic, social, and emotional needs of students udent success Participating in professional development and continuous learning opportunities Contributing to a school culture that emphasizes respect, responsibility, perseverance, and achievement Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred New York State Teaching Certification (or eligibility for certification) Strong instructional planning and classroom management skills Commitment to educational equity and student achievement Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues Experience working in urban schools or diverse learning environments preferred Why Brighter Choice?
