Spanish Teacher Position:The Andes Central School District is excited to invite applications for a Spanish teacher to join our team of dedicated professionals providing foreign language courses in Spanish to students in grades 3-12. The ideal candidate will either have a valid New York State Teacher's certification in Foreign Language Instruction or be willing and able to obtain one. Key Responsibilities: Teach diverse learners and create lessons tailored to the needs of individual students.Schedule and prepare students for oral and written examinations.Instill a love for the Spanish language in younger students while building their skills.Prepare advanced students thoroughly for state-level checkpoint examinations.Teach students about Spanish culture through hands-on learning, traditional food celebrations, cultural dress, social conventions, and songs.Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.Maintain strong communication with parents.Organize opportunities for students to showcase their language skills.Demonstrate strong organizational skills and manage responsibilities across multiple grade levels.
