Position Summary The Elementary Education Teacher will create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional development of all students. This educator will collaborate with colleagues, families, and the broader school community to ensure every student is known, supported, and empowered to succeed. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality instruction aligned with curriculum standards and student needs Foster a classroom culture built on respect, empathy, and perseverance Differentiate instruction to support diverse learners Use data and assessment practices to monitor student progress and guide instruction Promote critical thinking, creativity, and active student engagement Maintain positive communication with families and colleagues Support the school’s mission, vision, and core values in daily practice Participate in collaborative planning, professional development, and school initiatives Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field Valid NYS Childhood Education teaching certification Strong classroom management and communication skills Commitment to inclusive educational practices Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families Dedication to continuous professional growth Why Join Us? Salary for the position is negotiable depending upon the experience and education of the successful candidate.
