Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Building Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities. This role requires a solid understanding of maintenance procedures, the ability to read and interpret schematics, and experience with various maintenance tools and systems.Position reports to: Head of Building/Grounds/Transportation12 month work year8 hour shift (30 min unpaid lunch)Hours 9am-5pm (must be flexible to accommodate evening events at school)Qualifications:High school diploma, experience in care and maintenance of buildings, knowledgeable in plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical and general maintenance.Must be willing to acquire CDL B license or higher with passenger endorsement (paid training)ResponsibilitiesDirects and participates in performance of custodial, maintenance and groups upkeep with district personnel.Collaborate regularly with Head of Building and Grounds.Assist in general grounds maintenance (mowing, landscaping, snow removal)Operates motorized equipmentDaily cleaning and sanitizingDrive a transportation route in situations where sub driver cannot be obtained.If you are passionate about building maintenance and possess the required skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!Job Type: Full-timePay: $21.86 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per week
