Notice of Position Opening Position: Principal Location: Watervliet Jr. – Sr. High School Start Date: July 1, 2025 Salary: $96,099-$103,515 (per WAA contract) Job Description:The Jr/Sr High School Principal is an instructional leader who is expected to utilize and incorporate research based strategies and methodologies that will lead to improvements in teaching, learning, equity, and engagement. This position, which reports to the Superintendent, will supervise and evaluate all students, staff, and programs at the secondary level. The Principal will work with the administrative team to support staff in implementing learning standards, behavioral expectations, instructional practices, and assessments, while maintaining a safe and orderly learning environment.
