New York State SAS, SBL, SDA, or SDL administrative certification is required.2. NYS valid Lead Evaluator certification required.3. Must possess strong instructional leadership qualities, as well as the ability to cultivate best practices in the classroom.4. Knowledge of NYSED mandates for secondary students and Next Generation Learning Standards.5. Ability to create an environment characterized by high expectations, accountability, respect and integrity.6. Supervisor or School Building Leadership experience preferred.7. Ability to work with students/staff from diverse backgrounds.8. Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills.9.
