The Waterville Central School District serves a rural community approximately 15 minutes south of Utica, New York. The Waterville CSD consists of approximately 800 students in grades K-12.The School Business Official leads the business office and reports to the superintendent. Responsibilities include overseeing all financial, transportation, facilities, and food service operations of the district while translating the educational program of the district into a prudent fiscal plan in the best interest of students and taxpayers.The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who possesses integrity and knowledge of school finance, who has outstanding listening and communication skills, and values working and interacting with all district stakeholders.Civil Service eligibility as a School Business Executive I (or valid NYS certification (or be eligible for) as a School District Business Leader or Administrator will be considered.
