Wantagh School District is seeking an energetic and caring math educator to serve as a leave replacement in our terrific grade six math classrooms for the remainder of the year. NYS Mathematics 5-6 extension is preferred.The successful candidate will:Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to support the needs of students.Differentiate instruction and engages students in well planned, well-paced lessons to meet the needs of all learners.Uses data to make informed instructional decisions.Effectively communicate with students and their families.Promote a positive classroom environment that focuses on student-centered and student-driven learning experiences.
