Additionally, the successful candidate should have the following: Experience implementing ABA-based interventions, including discrete trial training and reinforcement strategies.Strong understanding of data collection methods and progress monitoring related to behavior reduction strategies.Ability to provide a learning environment that supports the social-emotional well-being of all students and challenge them to work to the best of their ability.Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with students, families and faculty.Familiar with curricular modifications for individualized instructionAbility to work collaboratively with related service providers, SLP, OT, PT, and Psychologist.
