This role is essential in supporting our students' educational and developmental needs.Qualifications:Certification Requirement: Applicants must possess a valid Teaching Assistant certification, ensuring a foundational understanding of educational practices and standards.Experience Requirement: A minimum of experience working with elementary-aged children is necessary. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing behavior management strategies to create a supportive and structured learning environment.Knowledge and Skills: The candidate must be well-versed in techniques to effectively support and motivate students.
