Permanent Special Education Teacher position available for the 2023-2024 school year in the Jr High School. Self-contained ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies classes plus one Resource Room or CTS class (the WTA contract allows for 5 instructional periods). Start date- 9/1/23.This is a 10- month, tenure track position with a generous benefit package.Long Term Substitute Teacher being sought for our elementary school for this school year. The position is in our multi-age, self-contained, intermediate classroom for approximately 4 to 6 weeks. There are two seasoned paraprofessionals in the classroom who are very knowledgeable and capable of conducting the tasks and activities of the daily schedule. We are looking for a special education teacher who has special education certification, but more importantly, is well organized, is patient, compassionate and understands that students with disabilities can learn. Start date- immediately.
