Western Suffolk BOCES anticipates an opening for a Guidance Support Counselor in our Career and Technical Education Division. This is an hourly position. Western Suffolk county location. The Guidance Support Counselor will provide support to guidance counselors with caseload management, including communication with school districts and parents, scheduling and monitoring student grades and attendance. They will assist with orientation and visitor day events, and implement college and career exploration lessons and workshops. Must have appropriate NYS Certification.
