NYS certification as SAS, SDA, SBL or SDL required for an anticipated position as Middle School Assistant Principal for the 2022-23 school year. The selected candidate for this 11 month position should have:teaching experience in grades 6-8 preferable in a middle school environmentprior administrative/supervisory experience in a middle school environment or leadership potentialknowledge of middle school philosophy, development and curriculumResponsibilities include:assisting faculty in developing expertise in instructional practicesproviding student discipline as needed and following through discipline referrals with teachers, parents and studentscontacting parents on an ongoing basis to foster positive relationships between home and schoolother responsibilities as directed by the building principalSalary placement as per the White Plains Administrators and Supervisors Association with full benefits.
