Prepares and serves food following sanitary procedures set by local, state, and federalregulations, and nutrition program guidelines;Prepares food trays for special events;Receives, stores and inventories food and supplies;Operates computer point of sale terminal;Completes cash receipts and bank deposit forms;Reports to Food Service management the need for equipment and facility repair, safetyissues or accidents, and complaints and concerns regarding the program;Attends training courses and staff meetings;Fosters a positive attitude toward good nutrition practices and program mission;Cleans trays, pots, pans and tables, etc;Mops floors and keeps equipment and area clean;Merchandises Food & Nutrition Program.
