NYS teacher certification is required for building substitute teacher positions at the secondary level within the White Plains City School District. Positions are available at Highlands Middle School and White Plains High School. A building substitute teacher is a part-time position with four (4) days of guaranteed work but applicants must be available for five (5) days a week. Salary as per the White Plains Substitute Teachers contract.
