Full time position available at WF High School In School Suspension (ISS) Teacher Salary: $40,000 plus Health benefits Appropriate NYS certification required: Secondary teacher or School Counselor/Social Worker/Psychologist The ISS teacher will provide academic support to students assigned to WFHS In-School Suspension Room. The ISS teacher will receive a half hour lunch per day. They will not be responsible for an additional duty and will not receive a prep period. This position is a non-aligned position and is not part of the William Floyd Unit Teachers unit. Primary responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, academic supervision and the creation of an environment conducive to learning.
