This is an anticipated probationary opening for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to the success of all students in line with our mission, “Every Student, Every Day!” Certification Required : NYS Italian 7-12 Certification Required (dual certification in Spanish preferred) Qualifications : The ideal candidate must be well-versed in the following: Standards : ACTFL and NYS World Language Standards. Pedagogy : A literacy-based approach to teaching language. Technology Integration : Proficiency in Google for Education, Edpuzzle, and AI tools. Communication Modes : Familiarity with the three modes of communication (Interpretive, Interpersonal, and Presentational) and the ability to articulate their classroom application.
