Administrative Position OpeningStart Date: July 1, 2023The Windsor Central School District is announcing an opening in the following position:Assistant Superintendent for Business & Administrative ServicesWindsor Central School District, a National Model Professional Learning Community, recognizedfor academic excellence and comprehensive student programming, strong fiscal planning andexcellent facilities seeks an outstanding educational leader.Certifications: School District Administrator, School District Leader, or School District BusinessLeader is required.Qualifications: The successful candidate will be knowledgeable of all facets of school leadership.Major areas of responsibilities include:• Development and oversight of budgeting – liaison to Central Business Office• Development/submission of State Reporting• Oversee Extraclassroom Accounts• Participation in contract negotiations and labor relations• District Safety Officer• Assist building and district leaders with emerging issues and operations• Oversee district transportation, facilities, and food service management• Collaborate with other district leaders and consultants with Capital Construction Projects• Coordinate internal and external audits and work with District Audit Committee• Support and advise Superintendent with district-wide leadershipThe successful candidate should have a strong record of accomplishments and possessdemonstrated leadership experience.Compensation: The Board of Education is prepared to offer a competitive salary and benefitspackage as part of the Windsor District Office Administrators’ Association.Windsor Central School District offers competitive wages and a collaborative working environment between our school and community, providing the necessary resources for ongoing personal growth and professional development.
