Openings for Summer 2026 RamPathways 21st Century Learning Program July 6 – August 6, 2026 Part-Time Position We are searching for educators who are interested in supporting our students in achieving successful learning outcomes. RamPathways Program - Site Coordinators Management or leadership skills needed Hours: 4 hours per day – 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Days: Monday-Thursday Rate of Pay: $220.00 per diem Location: TBD The program coordinator is responsible for day-to-day program operations at their site (building). This includes but is not limited to: Inputting attendance into EZ Reports Database. Collaborating with academic instructors and youth developers. Conduct pop-in visits in classrooms and activities. Facilitate positive interactions between instructors and students. Communicate and collaborate with families. Ensure safety procedures are followed during program hours. Communicate with the Program Director. Ensure activities reflect strengths-based development. Monitor the use of intentional programming, lesson plans, and curriculum. Meet regularly with the Program Director to share and facilitate collaborative planning, review lesson plans, provide feedback, and observe/evaluate RamPathways activities.
