ELA Instructors in Grades K-6: Hours: 1 hour, 45 minutes per day (after school)Days: Monday-ThursdayRate of Pay: $105.00 per diemLocation: TBD (start times may vary by location) Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Academic Intervention through small group targeted instruction focused on ELA StateStandards.Review benchmark data to help inform instruction and planning for each student presentwithin the group.Prepare lessons that meet the individual needs and levels of each student present withinthe group.Integrate activities developmentally appropriate for the participants' age and skill level and allow them to develop new skills during the program.Offer homework assistance as appropriate to the program that supports subject area curricula.Activities will reflect strengths-based development.
