RamPathways Program - Site Coordinator Management or leadership skills neededHours: 4 hours per day – 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.Days: Monday-ThursdayRate of Pay: $220.00 per diemLocation: TBD The program coordinator is responsible for day-to-day program operations at their site (building). This includes but is not limited to:Inputting attendance into EZ Reports Database.Collaborating with academic instructors and youth developers.Conduct pop-in visits in classrooms and activities.Facilitate positive interactions between instructors and students.Communicate and collaborate with families.Ensure safety procedures are followed during program hours.Communicate with the Program Director.Ensure activities reflect strengths-based development.Monitor the use of intentional programming, lesson plans, and curriculum.Meet regularly with the Program Director to share and facilitate collaborative planning, review lesson plans, provide feedback, and observe/evaluate RamPathways activities.
