Opening for October 2024RamPathways 21st Century Learning ProgramAfter-School OpportunityOctober 15 – November 21, 2024Part-Time Position We are searching for educators who are interested in supporting our students in achieving successful learning outcomes.RamPathways Program - Program Coordinators Management or leadership skills neededHours: 1 hour, 45 minutes per dayDays: Monday-ThursdayRate of Pay: $105.00 per diemLocation: TBD (start times may vary by location) The program coordinator is responsible for day-to-day program operations at their site (building).This includes but is not limited to:Inputting attendance into EZ Reports Database.Collaborating with academic instructors and youth developers.Conduct pop-in visits in classrooms and activities.Facilitate positive interactions between instructors and students.Communicate and collaborate with families.Ensure safety procedures are followed during program hours.Communicate with the Program Director.Ensure activities reflect strengths-based development.Monitor the use of intentional programming, lesson plans, and curriculum.Meet regularly with the Program Director to share and facilitate collaborative planning, review lesson plans, provide feedback, and observe/evaluate RamPathways activities.
