FULL PERFORMANCE KNOWLEDGES, SKILLS AND ABILITIESConsiderable knowledge of statistics and relational databases.Considerable knowledge of software application, such as SPSS, to compile and analyze data and prepare reports.Knowledge of systems development methodologies and practices.Ability to collect, compile, analyze and interpret data in a variety of formats.Ability to identify the problem and recommend solutions.Ability to document reporting requirements and report specifications. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSTraining and ExperienceMaster’s degree from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university, with a major in a computer science, data analytics, statistics, informatics, science, technology, engineering or mathematicsAndTwo years of satisfactory experience assembling, processing, analyzing and interpreting data using software tools.
