PERSONNEL BULLETIN FOR THE 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR: Custodian (1)- District-Wide (Provisional Appointment) Requirements:One year of satisfactory experience in building cleaning and maintenance work; orSix months of satisfactory experience as a carpenter, plumber, electrician, painter, mechanic, steam firer, or other related maintenance work; orOne year of satisfactory experience as a Cleaner in a Nassau County school district; orMust pass the next Nassau County Custodian Civil Service Examination and be reachable when the Nassau County Civil Service Custodian List is established to move from Provisional to Permanent status. Location:District-Wide. Contractual Days:Tuesday through Saturday. Hours:8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Contractual Salary Range and Benefits:As per UPSEU Custodial and Maintenance Unit Contract and commensurate with experience.
