Requirements for Consideration for the Position of Cook Manager (As per Nassau County Civil Service Language Regulations):High School graduate.At Least three years of experience in the large-scale preparation and cooking of food, which should include one year in a supervisory capacity.Experience in excess of the three-year requirement may be substituted for a high school diploma.
