PERSONNEL BULLETINFOR THE 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR: Site Coordinators for the Westbury Adult Learning Center Job Description/Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the instructional program - review lesson plans - provide support to teachers with resources and instructional strategies Actively participate in the organization of classes and lead in the planning of the program Support Program and Data Manager with accurate ASISTS reports Communicate effectively to support entire site in proper procedures and reports Supervise teacher attendance and verify timesheets Support Office Team with their monthly, weekly, and daily goals for the program Developing a creative learning community for students, teachers, and office team Observe staff and provide appropriate feedback Schedule and oversee testing of students for placement Order books and supplies and other instructional materials with the support of staff Organize and participate in meetings with all staff members Attend and participate in faculty meetings Attend and participate in NYSED mandated professional development Complete additional responsibilities assigned by the Program Manager Reports to Program Manager or designee Stipend:$60.00 per hour. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred School Building Leader/School District Leader Certification preferred Adult Education Certification required unless the applicant has a Permanent K-12 Certification.
