PERSONNEL BULLETINFOR THE 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR: Assessment Facilitator for the Westbury Adult Learning Center Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Administer all appropriate NYS assessments required by the state for placement during the intake process. Monitor and administer post tests for all students under the state guidelines. Look up student data using the state data system (ASISTS). Keep accurate records of entry date, score on tests, time, and dates of all exams. Provide test results/feedback to t.44eachers for better support and differentiate instruction. Provide test results/feedback to students following their assessments. Attend and participate in faculty meetings. Attend and participate in NYSED mandated professional development. Complete additional responsibilities assigned by the Site Coordinator, Assessment Coordinator or the Program Manager. Reports to Program Manager or designee. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required. Adult Education Certification required unless the applicant has a Permanent K-12 Certification. Experience with Adult Education preferred. Experience with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and ASISTS. Salary, Benefits, and Hours: $34.33 per hour. Maximum of 20 hours per week. This is a part-time grant funded position. Day, evening, and weekend hours available. TRS Benefits.
