POSITION: Behavioral SpecialistQUALIFICATIONS: Certified BCBA and/or RBT, and/or ABAExperience as Special Education Teacher, School Psychologist, Behavioral Analyst or Social Worker DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Conducts direct observations and assessments of individual students and their learning environmentsConducts functional behavioral assessments/analysis and develops behavioral support plansDevelops and implements behavior programs, coordinating delivery of appropriate service to students in order to achieve positive outcomesCompletes written behavioral summaries to assist teachers and administrators in the development of appropriate learning experiences and behavioral plansMaintains records of student evaluations, treatment plans, number of students assessed and their progressCollects baseline and intervention data to evaluate outcomes and progress monitoringOther duties as assigned by the Director of PPSSALARY: Commensurate with experienceREPORTS TO: Director of Pupil Personnel ServicesEFFECTIVE DATE: on or about 9/2/25NO LATER THAN: 6/11/25Interested candidates should apply on wcsdk12.org under the employment tab.
