The Warwick Valley Central School District (WVCSD) is seeking an interested candidate to fill an anticipated probationary Students with Disabilities 7-12 position for the 2024-2025 school year to serve beginning on September 1, 2024. Dual certification in Students with Disabilities 7-12 and Science 7-12 or Social Studies 7-12 is preferred. The WVCSD serves approximately 3700 students in grades K-12, employing approximately 290 teachers, 300 support staff and 16 administrators. The District’s mission is to provide all students with the necessary skills to thrive in the 21st Century as learners, workers and citizens. The WVCSD is comprised of four schools, including two K-4 elementary schools, a middle school (grades 5-8) and high school (grades 9-12). The WVCSD’s elementary schools are both recipients of the National Blue Ribbon Schools Award, the Middle School & Sanfordville Elementary have been named 2019 US Department of Education Green Ribbon Schools and the High School was designated a Reward School by the New York State Education Department.
