VOORHEESVILLE CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT Voorheesville Elementary School Voorheesville, New York Notice of Anticipated Vacancy Special Education Teacher The PositionVoorheesville Elementary School anticipates a full-time probationary position available for a Special Education Teacher. The Special Education Teacher’s duties will include providing individualized instruction for students with special needs in the areas of reading, writing and math in addition to providing support to classroom staff in the areas of program modifications and inclusion. Salary and benefits are stated in the VTA contract. Position is anticipated to begin September 1, 2025. QualificationsFully Certified Special Education Teacher in New York State, Birth-21 Preferred.Background in Literacy preferred. 3. Excellent health, work habits, and employment attendance history. 4. Previous school experience preferred. 5. Physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.
