Virginia Road School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 teacher aide to support a student with special needs in a smaller class setting. This is a one-year position running from September 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.The ideal candidate will be patient, flexible, and experienced in working with young children and students with disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting with academic tasks, promoting social-emotional development, and supporting daily routines under the direction of the classroom teacher and related service providers. A collaborative and student-centered mindset is essential.Experience with early childhood and special education preferred.
