Position Start Dates: August 2026 The Valley Central School District is searching for a COACH in the following sports: Boys Soccer JV Assistant Girls Soccer JV Assistant Volleyball JV Assistant Boys Cross Country Varsity Assistant Boys Cross Country Modified Assistant Girls Cross Country Varsity Assistant Girls Cross Country Modified Girls Cross Country Varsity Assistant Girls Cross Country Modified Assistant Requirements: All applicable certifications necessary for coaching as per NYSED Salary: As per VCTA Contract Please be advised that coaches may be required to work up to six days per week throughout the season, beginning August 17 (Football) and August 24 (all other sports), and continuing through their sport’s respective state championship dates, unless otherwise directed by NYSPHSAA. Attendance at all required pre-season obligations—including the coaches meeting, professional development sessions, and the coaches/parent-athlete meeting—is mandatory. All applicants must hold current NYS Coaching Certification in order to be recommended to the Board of Education.
