Valley Stream School District 30 (Special Education K-6) ANTICIPATED VACANCY 2026-2027 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or LBA District-Wide The successful candidate will provide direct and consultative services to support the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development of students. This position serves as a critical member of our multidisciplinary team and works in partnership with families, educators, and community agencies to ensure every student has access to a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. Starting date: August 28, 2026 Requirements: Valid NYS Teaching certification- Special Education and/or Psychologist required Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst Strong knowledge of NYS Part 200 regulations, RTI/MTSS, and IEP/504 Plan development Strong knowledge of Behavioral Supports / FBA’s and BIP’s Provides expertise to all faculty in behavior management Salary: At the discretion of the Superintendent of Schools, in accordance with the negotiated contract between Valley Stream District 30 and the Valley Stream Teachers Association (VSTA).
