Please Post Please Post VALLEY STREAM UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT THIRTEEN “Where Children Come First” The Valley Stream Union Free School District Thirteen, a high-quality culturally diverse elementary school district located in Nassau County, New York, is currently seeking an Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction DESCRIPTION: The Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum & Instruction shall oversee, coordinate and supervise curriculum, instruction and assessment, including planning and implementation; program development and evaluation; and professional development. In addition, they shall assist the Superintendent in the task of providing leadership in developing, achieving, and maintaining the highest quality educational programs and services. The Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction will perform other duties and assume such other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Superintendent. The Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction reports to the Superintendent.
