Among the prerequisites for these positions are:New York State certification SDA/SDLDemonstrate leadership experienceMust have excellent interpersonal and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal skillsExpertise in human relations and communicationResponsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:Report directly to the Assistant to the Superintendent for PPS.Work collaboratively with principals and directors to coordinate and evaluate districtwide programs.Serve as liaison to public and private organizations.Serve as District DASA coordinator.Develop, supervise, and implement district Enrichment programs.Administer the School Age Child-Care Program before and after school programDevelop curriculum, supervise staff, communicate with parents, principals and directors to ensure the program meets the needs of the community.Recruit, screen and interview candidates for positions. Evaluate staff performance.Grant writing/management.
