The Tuxedo UFSD is seeking a Cook Manager for the 24-25 school year effective immediately. This Cook Manager would be responsible for overseeing the food service program for approximately 240 students/staff. Responsibilities include the following areas:Supervising and participating in food preparation and servingSupervising the storage and care of food and suppliesMaintaining kitchen cleanliness and serving, storage, and dining areasMaintaining lunch room equipment and careKeeping records on food and supplies received and usedOrdering food items and lunch room supplies Preparing and maintaining work and food preparation records and reportsInventorying supplies and equipmentMaintaining the security of kitchen equipment and utensilsReading and understanding recipes, instructions, and labels
