What You ’ ll Do Coach: Plan and run daily practices focused on skill-building and strategy. Game Day: Lead the team during matches, tournaments, and playoffs. Mentor: Build a positive team culture and ensure players stay on track academically. What We ’ re Looking For Experience: Previous coaching experience (High School or Club level preferred). Knowledge: Solid understanding of volleyball rules, rotations, and tactics. Certification: Must have (or be willing to get) CPR/First Aid and required state coaching certifications. Availability: Able to commit to after-school practices and evening/weekend games. Salary is based on the current Tully Teachers ’ Association Agreement.
