Job Posting: School Nurse – Extended School Year (ESY) Tuckahoe Union Free School District (UFSD) Position: School Nurse (ESY Program) Location: Tuckahoe UFSD, Elementary, Middle & High School Program Dates: July 1 – August 11, 2026 Days/Hours: Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM Compensation: As Per Contract Job Summary Tuckahoe Union Free School District is seeking a qualified and compassionate School Nurse to support students during the Extended School Year (ESY) program. The School Nurse plays a vital role in promoting student health, ensuring safety, and supporting students with medical needs so they can fully access their educational program. Job Description The School Nurse works under the general supervision of district administration to provide health services to students in the ESY program. Responsibilities include addressing daily health concerns, managing chronic conditions, administering medications, and ensuring compliance with student health plans and state regulations. The School Nurse collaborates with staff and families to support student well-being and maintain a safe school environment.
